in both Flexi-Sider and Slide-a-Sider styles.
Industry-standard "Structurflex" curtains
and hardware are quoted on all our new bodies, including
the Tensioner3 ratchet & pole system:
Durability -
stress-distributing side frame gusseting and "Duragal" high
strength, zinc-coated steel sections throughout the entire
body structure result in a rust-free, extremely strong
but lightweight body. "Duragal" steel is a higher
grade (350- 450mpa) steel than the mild steel (250mpa)
framing used by many of our competitors.
Exclusive
curtain track & pelmet system, designed to
fit over the roof frame and roof cladding for superior
strength and weatherproofing. The pelmet does not protrude
below the framing, eliminating interference with loading
and damage to the pelmet strip.
Good
looks - The truck is a moving advertisement for
it's owner and in some cases a paying advertiser. We strive
to provide a body that is as streamlined as possible, with
attention to details such as clean straight lines, one-piece
seamless aluminium coil cladding and one-piece tie rails
where possible.
When combined they can add up to very tidy
package such as the Fresh-Up Slide-a-Sider pictured
here.
Curtainsider
body for ChemCouriers. Special chemicals transport
features such as side-mounted, tuck-away tail lifter,
fiberglass deck overlay and body certified to rollover
specifications by an independent engineer.
Curtainsider
body built on a flat top trailer. Includes sliding
roof support posts for ease of operation.
